Just Heartbreaking

This is just painful to see. Remember all that aid that goes to Africa through various organizations like Red Cross, UNICEF and etc.? Once I overheard a group of students at college talk about how we don't need to spend much on Africa because there is "already a ton of money going there." Well they are both right and wrong.
